Natives of Puget Sound love a good bargain. Hell, one of our own, Macklemore, even wrote a song about it. While thrift shops are abundant in the Evergreen State, there's one event, in particular, we're getting all amped up about: A massive Thrift-Con in Tacoma, Washington that's happening this weekend.\nThe Northwest Thrift-Con is a huge gathering of vintage and streetwear lovers. And chances are you'll find a steal or two at this event at Court House Square in Tacoma, Washington on December 15.\nThis affair was created by All-Star Vintage founders Richard and Desi Sjouwke. Their summer sale was so popular that they decided to bring it back, just bigger and better.\nThis time, over 50 dealers will set up shop and sell one-of-a-kind clothing, accessories, shoes, and memorabilia that you won't find anywhere else. And you can get into it for only $5.\nThere's also a $25 ticket that allows you to bring clothing or shoes to sell or trade at designated trading posts. Talk about sustainability!\nSome vendors include All-Star Vintage, Heavy Merchandise, the Instagrammable Lauren Wheeler Styling, and Native Cloud.\nYou can also score denim, western, military, and rock tee's at Savoy Special Vintage, hand-picked knits at Shop Marzo, or some bright prints at Vee Vintage.\nView this post on Instagram Today is the day!
