You will no longer have to wonder where to go for that epic cocktail and amazing bar atmosphere in Vancouver. Recently, a list of Canada’s 50 best bars for 2019 was revealed and eight of them are actually right here in Vancouver! If you haven’t hit up some of these spots yet, you definitely want to add them to your list and check them out.\nCanada’s 100 Best recently released a list of the best bars in the country for 2019. Eight of the 50 places are right in our city so now we have no excuse not to go!\nTo compile their list, Canada's 100 Best examined a number of factors including the atmosphere, general setting, and, of course, the drink menu. The listed locations are a great place to go for a pre-dinner drink or an after dark nightcap.\nCanada's 100 Best also included a recommendation of what to order for each location. From unique daily creations to old classics, you will never feel like you don’t know what to order.\nEach location on the list was numbered from 1 to 50. The first Vancouver bar to be named on the list is The Keefer Bar coming in at number two overall! Known for its iconic LED illuminated signage and pristine drink menu, it’s really no surprise why this Vancouver bar came in second place.\nThis isn't the first time that The Keefer Bar has been named on this prestigious list. Last year, the spot also came in second place for the 2018 list.\nView this post on Instagram Grace under fire. . . . #cocktailbar #cocktail #bartender #latenight #flame #fire #itslit #twist #torched #scorch #orange #zest #spark #pinkiesout #burnbabyburn #blaze #wednesday #graceunderfire #pressure #busybar #speed #heat 📷: @davehamiltonphotography A post shared by The Keefer Bar (@thekeeferbar) on Jun 13, 2018 at 11:36am PDT\nComing in at first place on the ranking is Toronto-based bar Bar Raval. Located in old little Italy, this bar has some of the largest selection of sherries and rare vermouths available.\nTaking 49th place, the last Vancouver bar to be mentioned is Grapes & Soda. This iconic bar is small, but don’t let that fool you. With its quirky style and completely original natural-wine bar, some of the best cocktails come out of this hole in the wall spot.\nView this post on Instagram Spend this Valentine’s Day with your one true love…alcohol!
