During Justin Trudeau's COVID-19 update, he was outside of his home once again and he got serious about Canada's COVID-19 situation.\nThe Prime Minister held a press conference by himself outside of Rideau Cottage on November 20 and he was very straightforward about being there.\n"I don't want to be here this morning," he said. "You don't want me to be here this morning. You don't want me to be here this morning.\n\n\nJustin Trudeau\n\n\n\nHe noted that COVID-19 cases are spiking across the country and Canadians need to do everything possible to slow the spread.\n"We're in a moment right now where, even with all the sacrifices I know Canadians have been making these past 10 months, we are now going to have to really tighten up once again," Trudeau said.\nHe mentioned how we're going to have to follow public health guidelines like wearing masks and keeping contacts low for another few weeks and even for another few months.\nThis press conference at Rideau Cottage is a return to what happened at the beginning of the pandemic when Trudeau would give daily updates from outside of his home.\nRecently, he had been doing briefings with other federal ministers at the Sir John A. Macdonald Building across from Parliament Hill and people aren't sure how to process this change.
